Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across significant projects. You will shape budgets, procurement, tendering, and final accounts, collaborating with clients and consultants to optimise value at every stage.

You will leverage extensive CM/QS experience, strong procurement knowledge, and advanced spreadsheet skills to drive cost certainty and value engineering across multifaceted engagements.

Competenze

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or equivalent.
• Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy.
• 5 years CM/QS experience or 10+ years SCM and above.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement.
• Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications.
• Strong skills with spreadsheets and databases.
• Collaborative, relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare cost estimates and cost planning.
• Manage procurement and tendering processes, including pre-qualification, tender lists, analyses and contract documents.
• Conduct cost checks and valuations, and produce monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Interface with clients and other consultants across project stages.
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
• Perform cost risk analysis and contribute to value engineering.
• Update and share best practices in estimating from prospects and projects.
