Job summary

BionIT Labs S.r.l. in Lequile, Italy, is seeking a Junior Controller to support management reporting across the group (parent company + subsidiary). You will help ensure data quality, assist with closes, budgeting, and KPI dashboards, and contribute to ERP optimization with NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years in management control in corporate environments or consulting/audit.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with EPM and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP implementation or configuration is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly/quarterly closes for parent company and subsidiary, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and support investor reporting.
• Build centralized financial/operational data and support management accounting structures (cost centers, project tracking, allocation drivers).
• Build and configure NetSuite ERP reports, automate finance processes, support EPM/BI tool rollouts.
• Support financial reporting for regional, national, and international grants.
