Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional European languages are a plus.
• 1+ year experience in business development, sales support, inside sales, customer service, or related commercial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Support the sales team in business development and customer engagement activities.
• Assist in presenting products and services to customers and prospects, understanding their needs.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Support lead generation through networking, events, market research, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
