Job summary

Bulgari S.p.A. in Rome is seeking an experienced Jewelry Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development for the Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry lines.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate creative and business requirements into robust execution plans, and ensure delivery within quality, time-to-market and cost objectives. Qualifications

• Five years of project or programme management experience in complex product development.
• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong knowledge of governance, budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead jewelry product development end-to-end from brief to distribution.
• Define scope, governance, milestones, resources and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely actions.
• Own planning, schedule, costs, quality targets and risks.
• Provide updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Coordinate post-production readiness with Supply Chain and markets.
