Snibe Italia seeks an experienced technical support and sales-oriented specialist to join our regional team. You will apply clinical and biotech expertise to assist distributors and end-users, resolving reagent usage issues and optimizing performance.

You will promote products at regional events, conduct demonstrations and presentations to increase customer awareness, and provide data-driven input to drive reagent adoption.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or related subject; master degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in IVD Application area (immunology, biochemistry or molecular).
• Ability to use English as working language.
• Good communication skills and hard working.

Mansioni

• Technical Support and Problem-Solving: provide technical support for distributors and end-users, resolving reagent usage issues and optimizing performance.
• Product Promotion and Customer Engagement: represent Snibe at regional trade shows and events; conduct demonstrations and presentations to promote reagents.
• Sales Support and Market Expansion: collaborate with sales/marketing to drive adoption, support product testing, and provide scientific insights to meet targets.
• Customer Training and Capability Development: deliver training sessions on reagent products and create tailored training programs.
• Technical Documentation and Information Management: develop/update technical docs and training materials; track customer feedback and resolutions.
