Magnum Ice Cream Co. Italy is seeking a Country Market Quality Operations Lead to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance and cold chain excellence across the market.

You will partner with logistics, manufacturing and QA teams to safeguard consumer experience and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a Master's in a relevant field, several years in FMCG quality or supply chain, strong data skills and the ability to lead audits, CAPA and cross-functional projects.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology or related field.
• Several years of quality, supply chain, manufacturing or R&D experience in FMCG with ownership of quality/compliance agendas.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audits, CAPA and KPI monitoring.

Mansioni

• Lead and drive Market Quality Operations activities across the country, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Logistics teams to drive end-to-end cold chain excellence and warehouse performance.
• Lead warehouse audits, CAPA tracking and continuous improvement initiatives across distribution operations.
• Monitor quality KPIs, analyze data and report to stakeholders with actions.
