Job summary

Sonnedix is seeking a People Business Partner in Milan for a maternity cover. You will advise on people strategies, support key HR projects, and ensure a strong employee experience within Italy while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires strong HR expertise, Italian employment law knowledge, and fluency in English and Italian. Hybrid working and flexibility may apply as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Italian employment law and statutory requirements.
• Interest in AI-driven automation for HR workflows and experience with HRIS systems.
• Ability to organize across multiple People topics and re-prioritize as needed.
• Strong stakeholder consulting skills across all levels of the org.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Italian required.

Responsibilities

• Act as end-to-end contact for people matters in Italy, aligning local priorities with global People strategy.
• Support projects in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, career development and organization design.
• Advise senior stakeholders to deliver people solutions that support company goals.
