Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs seeks a People & Payroll Administrator to deliver payroll and people services across Italy’s clubs. You’ll handle administration, payroll coordination, HR systems, and lifecycle activities while ensuring compliance with Italian law and internal policies.

The role requires 2–3 days per week on-site at a club and may include travel to UK events. Fluency in Italian and English, GDPR awareness, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of Italy payroll requirements (CCNL, TFR, leaver docs).
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential information in a GDPR context.

Responsibilities

• Provide people and payroll services to all clubs in Italy.
• Support accurate people administration, payroll coordination, and HR systems.
• Ensure processes comply with Italian employment law, company policy and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with payroll team to assist pay queries across clubs.
• Upload documentation to HR system to maintain employee records.
• Role involves 2–3 days on-site at a club and possible ad hoc travel to the UK.
