Job summary

Catenon is seeking a hands-on Payroll Manager to own payroll and personnel administration in Italy. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability within a growing retail environment.

You will manage end-to-end payroll for 400+ employees, coordinate with labor consultants, and lead payroll ERP implementation, building robust processes while staying current with Italian labor laws and CCNL.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll management for 400+ employees (and growing).
• Manual review and validation of payroll data.
• Reconciliation of variable components (night shifts, overtime, bonuses, etc.).
• Coordination with external labor consultants.
• Implementation and parameterization of payroll ERP.
• Development and structuring of payroll processes.
• Ensure full compliance with Italian labor legislation and CCNL.
