Job summary

Deel is seeking a Country Product Manager for Italy to lead payroll operations and the greenfield market strategy in Italy. You will own end-to-end product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape regulatory-aligned payroll, HR, and time-tracking solutions tailored to the Italian landscape.

You will leverage AI to accelerate delivery while building a scalable local market entry playbook.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading payroll or payroll product in a regulated market.
• Experience building payroll capabilities and solutions.
• Fluent in Italian and English for cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the payroll product strategy for Italy across payroll, HR, and time-tracking.
• Lead an engineering team to execute the roadmap.
• Coordinate dependencies across Product, Time, HRIS, and Services teams.
