Intrepid Travel is seeking an Operations Manager, Italy to lead and optimize our trips across Italy from Rome. You’ll supervise our group leaders and guides, ensure safety and high service standards, and collaborate with teams across Europe and globally in a fast-moving travel environment.

You will join the local Management Group and help shape the Italy DMC strategy, balancing day-to-day delivery with continuous improvement while building high-performing teams and memorable traveller

Competenze

• Operational management experience leading multi-location teams.
• Understanding of European travel operations and on-ground quality.
• Experience in travel industry or as group leader/guide.
• Ability to lead and develop a large dispersed workforce.
• Experience with budgets, KPIs and delivery.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience embedding and improving scalable operational processes.
