Getinge Italia is seeking a Product Manager for Medical Devices - Surgical Workflow operating nationwide in Italy with a residential mandate in the Milan area. The role is field-based, home-office oriented, and requires frequent travel to customers and congresses to drive product adoption.

You will act as a strategic interface between markets, customers, and internal teams, developing local marketing plans and supporting new product launches across Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience in operating room environment is a strong plus.
• Fluent Italian and professional English required.

Mansioni

• Drive field-based product promotion through demonstrations and customer interactions.
• Train and support the sales force across the sales cycle.
• Adapt and implement global marketing strategies locally and develop the local marketing plan.
• Coordinate with international teams to share insights and best practices.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation for tenders and submissions.
