Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing in banking/financial services.
• Fluent in Italian and English; strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Italy Marketing Plan aligned with priorities and initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and business insights; prepare analyses for Italian and international markets.
• Coordinate marketing strategies with Sales, Credit, Finance, Communications, and Business Development.
• Develop content marketing initiatives and value proposition materials.
• Manage the annual Customer Survey project.
• Develop and monitor the Italy Marketing budget.
• Plan and coordinate events, sponsorships, and partnerships in the Italian market.
• Analyze CRM data and oversee use of internal marketing tools and platforms.
• Prepare and present periodic reports and KPIs to senior management.
