easyJet is seeking a Marketing Lead for Italy based in Milan. You will own end-to-end strategy, planning, prioritisation and delivery of marketing activity across Italy, translating European priorities into locally relevant plans that drive consideration, demand and commercial performance.

You’ll lead the local team, manage budgets and partner with commercial, CRM, media, PR and agencies to ensure coordinated, high-impact campaigns.

• Broad senior marketing experience across consumer brands or similar industries.
• Ability to translate European priorities into local market plans.
• Strong commercial judgement with ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Set Italy market strategy and turn priorities into an integrated marketing plan across paid, owned and partner channels.
• Manage budgets and resources, coordinating with media, CRM, web merchandising, PR and trading teams.
• Champion locally relevant creative and storytelling using Italian market insights.
• Lead, coach and develop the local marketing team and maintain high-quality output.
