Job summary

BFF Bank S.p.A. is seeking a Marketing Professional to lead the Italy Marketing Plan and coordinate with Marketing colleagues across international locations. Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably banking/financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI-powered and marketing tools.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong leadership and teamwork, analytical and results-driven.
• Experience in international, multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Italy Marketing Plan aligned with the Department’s priorities and initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive positioning and business insights; prepare market analyses for Italian and international markets.
• Coordinate marketing strategies and projects with Sales, Credit Management, Finance, Communications and Business Development teams.
• Develop content marketing initiatives and creating value proposition materials.
• Manage the annual Customer Survey project.
• Develop, manage and monitor the Italy Marketing budget.
• Plan and coordinate business development initiatives, events, sponsorships and partnerships within the Italian market.
• Monitor market data publications, analyze CRM data, and oversee internal marketing tools.
• Prepare and present periodic reports, business reviews and marketing KPIs to senior management.

Marketing Professional

The successful candidate will join the Marketing team and will be responsible for the implementation of the annual Marketing Plan for the Italian market, while liaising and coordinating with Marketing colleagues across the Group’s international locations.

Key responsibility:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing the Italy Marketing Plan, in alignment with the Department’s overall marketing priorities and initiatives.
• Monitoring market trends, competitive positioning and business insights; preparing market analyses and forecasts for both the Italian and international markets.
• Coordinating marketing strategies and projects with Sales, Credit Management, Finance, Communications and Business Development teams.
• Developing content marketing initiatives and creating value proposition materials.
• Managing the annual Customer Survey project.
• Developing, managing and monitoring the Italy Marketing budget.
• Planning and coordinating business development initiatives, industry events, sponsorships and strategic partnerships (including banks, chambers of commerce and trade associations) within the Italian market.
• Monitoring market data publications, analyzing CRM data, and overseeing the use of internal marketing tools and platforms.
• Preparing and presenting periodic reports, business reviews and marketing KPIs to senior management.

Apply if you:

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably within marketing roles in the banking and financial services sector.
• Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as AI-powered and marketing-specific tools.
• Are fluent in both Italian and English.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Have experience working in international and multi-country organizational environments.

Annual gross salary starting from €50.000
