Job summary

BFF Bank S.p.A. is seeking a Marketing Professional to lead the implementation of the annual Marketing Plan for the Italian market and to coordinate with Marketing colleagues across the Group’s international locations.

You will define Italy’s marketing strategy, monitor market dynamics, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Business Development to drive growth and brand value. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with at least five years of experience in marketing within financial

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Have at least 5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint, and AI-powered/marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Italy Marketing Plan in line with group priorities.
• Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and insights; prepare market analyses for Italian and international markets.
• Coordinate marketing with Sales, Credit Management, Finance, Communications and Business Development teams.
• Develop content marketing initiatives and value proposition materials.
• Manage the annual Customer Survey project.
• Develop, manage and monitor the Italy Marketing budget.
• Plan business development initiatives, industry events, sponsorships and partnerships in Italy.
• Monitor data, analyze CRM data, and oversee internal marketing tools/platforms.
• Prepare and present periodic reports, reviews, and KPIs to senior management.
