WDP - Warehouses with brains is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover Italy. You will report to the Country Manager Italy and drive regional expansion, building local market intelligence and a strong commercial network.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing sites or acquisitions, and translating WDP’s international track record into a credible local position. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with 5–10 years in logistics real estate.

Competenze

• Master's degree or relevant professional experience in logistics real estate.
• 5–10 years of experience in logistics real estate, occupier advisory, development, brokerage, land acquisition, asset management or real estate expansion.
• Fluency in Italian and English; strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Implement the commercial strategy by identifying and originating opportunities in Italy.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, clients and stakeholders.
• Develop new sites and seek acquisitions, including land, built-to-suit and sale-and-leaseback.
• Create a local market map of key occupiers, brokers, developers and logisticians.
• Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal, technical and project teams; monitor sector trends.
