Amazon EU SARL (Italy Branch) seeks an experienced Transaction Manager to drive real estate transactions in Italy, including due diligence, leases, BTS, and land acquisitions for self-development and investments. You will manage multiple deals, negotiate with landlords and lawyers, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize the network expansion.

The role reports to the Head of Real Estate Italy and requires travel across Italy and the EU.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above
Relevant experience in real estate transaction and/or development within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment

Mansioni

Manage the deal flow of multiple transactions simultaneously
Source new opportunities from external brokers, land owners, public bodies and developers
Negotiate with landlords, agents and lawyers
Demonstrate knowledge of site assembly, permitting, financing, cost planning and investment profiling
Communicate expectations and status of deals to key partners
Own commercial aspects to ensure timely exchange and completion of contracts
Collaborate with teams across operations, network planning, finance, legal, and design to deliver projects
