Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial & Logistics Specialist to grow and manage a client portfolio in the Italian market. You will identify opportunities in industrial, logistics, and data center sectors, oversee brokerage processes, and prepare compelling proposals in Italian and English.

The role involves collaboration with the Research team and participation in market events. The position requires real estate experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English.

• Develop and manage the client portfolio through scouting, networking, and consolidating relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial, logistics, and data center markets via market analysis and proactive client engagement.
• Manage the full brokerage process—from service presentation to negotiation and closing.
• Prepare commercial proposals and contractual documents for exclusive marketing mandates.
• Produce reports and presentations for clients and investors in Italian and English.
• Coordinate property inspections and serve as primary contact for landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Collaborate with Research to collect market data and support sector reports.
• Participate in sector events and marketing to strengthen brand and team positioning.
