TikTok is expanding its livestreaming leadership in Italy, building a regional team and scaling operations. The role focuses on partnerships with local agencies and influencers, and negotiating contracts to drive growth.

You will organize online and offline brand communications, education activities, and participate in exhibitions to strengthen market presence. Success requires deep analytics, strong communication, and fluency in Italian to engage creators and agencies.

Mansioni

• Foster the regional livestreaming team and scale its operations; translate the strategic direction into business indicators and execution plans.
• In charge of the livestreaming operations business, including coordinating with local agencies and influencers, negotiating contracts and collaborating with content partners.
• Organize and implement online and offline brand communications, livestreaming industry education activities, and participate in local business development exhibitions and forums.
• Collaborate with core LIVE users to increase engagement and retention; contribute to LIVE revenue strategy and ensure product market fit by understanding user demands.
