Job summary

Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking an HR Administrator to manage the employee lifecycle, coordinate payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with Italian employment regulations. The role supports onboarding, training, and performance processes within an international HR team.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR experience, strong Italian payroll knowledge, fluent Italian and English, and a willingness to travel to Bologna and Faenza. A driving licence and a car are preferable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or Psychology or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years HR experience, with Italian payroll/co-ordination.
• Good knowledge of Italian employment administration.
• Experience with payroll/attendance systems and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent Italian and good English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Bologna and Faenza.
• Driving licence (B) and own car.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment: postings, CV screening, interview scheduling.
• Guide onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate mandatory training and track hours.
• Support performance and salary review cycles with HRBP.
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers.
