Renrui HR seeks a Field Business Development / Retail Sales professional to expand an international vaping brand in Italy. The role involves visiting stores and distributors, developing new business, promoting products, and gathering market intelligence.

Based in Italy, you will travel regularly, drive your own vehicle, and collaborate with partners to grow sales. Italian and English fluency are required; both full-time and part-time candidates are invited to apply.

Formación

• Experience in field sales, retail or business development is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Full-time and part-time candidates are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Visit retail stores and distributors regularly within the territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with store owners and distributors.
• Support product promotion, retail orders and distribution.
• Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Plan and manage daily field activities and customer visit routes.
• Submit activity reports and participate in weekly online meetings.
