GEA Farm Technologies in Italy seeks a senior leader to head the Farm Technologies business. You will lead the management team, build a top-tier sales and service organization, and translate divisional strategy into the country plan while managing P&L and driving growth.

You will drive market insights, develop dealer networks, and ensure compliance with corporate and local requirements, collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• International experience in sales, service and general management with focus on country sales.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments with complex products and value-added services.
• Strong track record of steering international and country sales and service organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and public-speaking skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and customer orientation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage and develop the Farm Technologies business in Italy, fostering a strong culture and engagement.
• Build a state-of-the-art sales and service organization within Italy.
• Act as key contact for Farm Technologies Division Management and provide local market insights.
• Translate divisional strategy into Italy country and sales strategy and implement it.
• Take responsibility for P&L of all Farm Technologies sales and service in Italy, including budgeting.
• Conduct national market analyses, monitor trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop country setup and dealer network; contribute to go-to-market strategy.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships and engage with stakeholders to maximize market access.
• Lead change projects and continuously improve processes and methods.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local laws; manage risks with the team.
• Negotiate contracts and terms within area of responsibility.
