ABB Motion Services in Italy is looking for a seasoned service sales professional to drive service sales processes, generate new opportunities, and secure profitable growth within Drives portfolio. You will target End Users in Central and Southern Italy, strengthen Installed Base penetration, and promote the full service portfolio including parts, maintenance, and digital solutions.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial environments or automation.
• Availability for frequent business travel across Central and Southern Italy.
• Technical background with understanding of Drives and industrial automation systems.
• Experience in service sales (contracts, maintenance, spare parts) is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Penetrate the Installed Base by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions.
• Generate service sales leads and develop new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with End User customers.
• Prepare, review, and execute sales plans, including recovery actions when needed.
• Apply channel strategies and support pricing definition.
• Promote ABB’s Service portfolio during campaigns, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
