Job summary

Amplifon, the global leader in hearing care retail, is seeking a Country CRM Manager for the Italian market based in Milan with hybrid flexibility. You will own CRM strategy, customer journeys and campaigns to boost engagement, conversion and lifetime value.

In this role you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Data & Analytics teams, translate insights into measurable actions, and ensure adherence to global CRM guidelines while localizing for Italy. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years in CRM, Customer Engagement, Customer Marketing, Marketing Automation or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing and managing CRM campaigns and customer journeys end-to-end.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CRM strategy and roadmap for the Italian market.
• Design data-driven customer journeys and CRM campaigns across the lifecycle.
• Manage CRM campaigns end-to-end, from planning to analysis.
• Leverage data to improve segmentation and personalization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Data & Analytics and other stakeholders.
• Ensure CRM initiatives align with broader customer strategy and global guidelines.
