Job summary

Intermedia Selection Srl in Brianza (north-east of Milan) seeks a Group Controller & Head of FP&A for a high-visibility finance leadership role. You will oversee group reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis across Italian and international markets.

The successful candidate partners with the CFO and Board, owns consolidated monthly reporting and EBITDA planning, and drives the evolution of the finance function within a growing, listed group.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in management control, FP&A or Group Finance.
• Experience in consolidated management reporting across multiple entities.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and performance-analysis capabilities.
• Sound IFRS knowledge and the relationship to statutory reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; practical exposure to ERP systems.
• Ability to lead finance professionals and influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent Italian and very good English.
• Experience across multiple countries and ownership structures is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead group reporting and planning across Italian and international businesses.
• Own consolidated monthly reporting and EBITDA forecasting.
• Partner with CFO and Board, providing financial insight and challenge.
• Drive evolution of finance systems and reporting processes.
• Coordinate finance teams across countries and align senior management.
• Maintain hands-on involvement with data reviews and issue resolution.
