Aliaxis Italia is seeking a Head of Controlling to lead our national controlling function and partner with the business on strategic performance initiatives across Italy.

Based at either Casella (GE) or Zola Predosa (BO) with regular travel to other Italian sites, the role reports to the Country CFO and drives budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvements in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A, ideally in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience (min. 3–5 years managing teams).
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent Italian & English; French is a plus.

As Head of Controlling Italy, you will lead our national controlling function and act as a strategic partner to the business. Reporting to the Country CFO, you will take on a strategic leadership role with strong business impact, collaborating with international and EMEA stakeholders while driving and shaping business performance, transformation, and supporting strategic growth in a dynamic industrial environment.

The role can be based on our site in Zola Predosa (BO) or Casella (GE), but will be required to travel to the other Italian sites on a regular basis according to specific needs.

About The Role

In this role, you will drive financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision support across our Italian operations. What You Will Do

About You

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• 8–10+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A, ideally in manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience (min. 3–5 years managing teams)
• Strong expertise in: Financial planning & analysis, Cost / plant controlling and standard costing, KPI development and performance management and Investment evaluation and cash flow management.
• Experience in multinational environments
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
• Fluent Italian & English are required.
• French is a plus

What We Offer

We offer a gross annual salary range of €57.500 – €71.900, level Quadro according to "Gomma Plastica Industria" Italian CLA, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including:
