Job summary

Jacobs Douwe Egberts is seeking a motivated graduate for a 6-month Communication & Digital Support internship in Milan. You will work with Marketing and HR to support both brand and internal communications in Italy, including Viva Engage and social media planning.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in communications or marketing, are native Italian speakers with fluent English, and have a passion for social media and content creation. Hybrid work and a monthly stipend are offered.

Qualifications

• Have a degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Be a native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
• Have a strong interest in social media, digital marketing and internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support central internal communication plan in Italy and local initiatives.
• Translate and adapt central communications for Italy’s Viva Engage page.
• Assist HR communications on transitions, events, and company updates.
• Develop LinkedIn employee ambassador posts and content.
• Assist in Italy Coffee Talks topics and best practices sharing.
