JDE Peet’s offers a 6-month internship in Milan with hybrid work. You will support both brand communication for L’OR and HAG and internal comms in Italy, collaborating with Marketing and HR teams to create engaging content.

We seek a native Italian speaker fluent in English, with a passion for social media, digital marketing and internal communications. The role involves content creation, video editing and coordinating with local and global teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communication, Marketing or related field.
• Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
• Interest in social media, digital marketing and internal comms.
• Familiar with major social platforms and content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive, organized and able to work in teams.

Responsabilités

• Support central internal comms plan in Italy and local initiatives.
• Translate/adapt central communications for Italy; publish content.
• Assist HR with internal communications for transition to new brand.
• Develop LinkedIn employee ambassador program and posts.
• Prepare Italy Coffee Talks and share cluster best practices.
• Support editorial plans for L’OR and HAG social pages; assist with assets.
