JDE Peet’s is offering a 6-month internship in Milan for a Communication & Digital Support role. You will collaborate with Marketing and HR to support internal and brand communications for L’OR and HAG in Italy, with hybrid work and a monthly stipend.

The role focuses on content creation, social media management, and event support, developing practical experience in a global coffee company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and internal communication.
• Familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Familiar with video editing software CapCut, Clipchamp, iMovie.
• Good MS Office skills; AI tools a plus.
• Creative, proactive and organized with strong writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Support central internal communication plan in Italy, coordinating with Southern Europe.
• Translate/adapt central communications, publish content on Italy Viva Engage page.
• Assist HR with internal comms during the name change and new values rollout; help organise events.
• Support LinkedIn employee ambassador program by identifying ambassadors and creating posts.
• Prepare Italy Coffee Talks with topics and best practices from the Cluster.
• Create and implement editorial plans for L’OR and HAG social media pages with agencies.
