Elementis PLC in Italy seeks a regional Growth and Business Development Lead for Coatings. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive growth with direct customers and to optimize distributor networks.

You will align cross-functional teams, design regional pricing, target growth in volume and revenue, and build a strong Customer Value Proposition while maintaining robust pipelines and CRM discipline.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales; coatings-related experience is a strong plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
Experience in coatings, adhesives, sealants, construction, ceramic, plastic or composite is advantageous.

Design and execute a region sales and pricing strategy aligned with global objectives.
Set and deliver regional growth targets in volume, revenue and margin.
Identify high-value market opportunities and prioritise NBOs.
Develop a compelling regional Customer Value Proposition across the value chain.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
Foster partnerships with GKAs and distributors; act as senior regional contact.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and align with business goals.
Provide regular performance reports and market insights to regional leadership.
Ensure accurate CRM records of meetings and agreements.
