Saj Electric is seeking an experienced technical support professional for pre-sales and after-sales activities in Italy. The role involves configuring systems, solving installation issues and supporting product launches while building strong relationships with installers, distributors and EPCs.

You will communicate customer needs to Product and R&D, assist in testing and validation, and help localize technical documentation. Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or related technical field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery storage or renewable energy systems is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical systems and system commissioning.
• Previous experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable communicating with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to manage technical issues independently.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe.
• Fluent Italian and good English; Chinese preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection and system configuration.
• Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers via meetings, visits and project support.
• Support new product launches, training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements and market feedback to Product and R&D.
• Support local product testing and validation including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration.
• Maintain and localise technical documentation like manuals and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Service and R&D to resolve issues timely.
