Job summary

Jobgether SRL, in collaboration with a partner, is seeking a People Operations Coordinator based in Italy. The role blends onboarding, HR operations, talent support, and employee experience in a fully distributed organization.

You’ll manage processes, documentation, data, and explore AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency. You’ll work with Notion and ATS, collaborate with global teams across time zones, and help evolve People Operations as the function grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, HR operations or coordination roles.
• Experience collaborating with onboarding, HR, recruiting or broader People teams.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Improve onboarding processes to be clear, consistent and efficient.
• Coordinate activities supporting new joiners and onboarding journey.
• Maintain onboarding docs and Notion pages; manage data and reports.
• Optimize AI and People tools to boost efficiency and experiences.
• Collaborate with People, HR and recruitment stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
