HERNIAMESH S.r.l., part of the Vitrex Medical Group, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Italy to drive growth in the Italian market from Chivasso. You will manage distributors and a direct customer portfolio, recruit the sales force, and monitor KPIs to meet targets.

Responsibilities include market analysis, collaboration with customer service for logistics, and participation in post-market surveillance with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.

Competenze

• Must have at least 3 years as Area Sales Manager in a medical devices company; experience with meshes/sutures is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Mansioni

• Business development and sales force management with distributors and reps in Italy.
• Direct management of a selected customers portfolio.
• Recruitment of sales representatives to improve territorial coverage.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs; develop strategies to reach targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and analyze competitors’ activity.
• Collaborate with customer service for logistics and administrative matters.
• Support post-market surveillance and market tracking with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
