Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English to communicate in an international environment.
• EU passport or valid residency permit in Greece.
• Passion for tourism and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude for service-related challenges.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service is desirable for Italian-speaking roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, and chat for Booking.com users.
• Manage accommodation inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve travel-related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hotel partners to troubleshoot reservation discrepancies and uphold standards.
• Provide guidance on travel policies and platform features for a seamless experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for service improvements.
• Represent the Booking.com brand identity in all interactions.
