CBtalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a Portugal-based remote project. You will provide support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, document cases, and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences.

The role is remote, with relocation support for eligible candidates. You should be fluent in Italian and English, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and able to stay calm under pressure while delivering clear technical

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English is required.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable handling technical inquiries.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking.
• Detail-oriented and able to track issues properly.

• Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
