WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to provide first-class support in Italian via phone, email and chat. You will join an international, multicultural team with full relocation support for EU-based applicants, plus paid training and a competitive salary.

Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) is required for training and internal communication. No prior experience is required; comprehensive paid training is provided to get you started.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English required for training and internal communication (B2+).
• Previous Customer Support or related experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
