WW Talents seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join its international Greece team. You will handle Italian inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring top-notch customer experience and accurate CRM data.

No prior experience is required, as full paid training is provided. Relocation support is available for EU candidates, with a competitive salary of €1,100 gross per month plus a 10% performance bonus and an international working environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts in a fast-paced, international environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and data quality.
