You will manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring first-call resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Relocation to Greece is required and a strong tech interest is valued.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian language (spoken and written).
• Excellent command of English.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Interest in technology and consumer electronics.
• Previous customer service or high-volume call center experience is preferred.
• Ability to relocate to Greece for this Italian-speaking role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and product support to Italian-speaking customers regarding consumer electronics.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with focus on first-call resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users through product setups for a premium brand experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of consumer electronics trends to offer accurate guidance.
• Document interactions in the CRM to track performance and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical concerns and drive service improvements.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
