FH Collective Academy is seeking a fully remote Italian-speaking customer support specialist, operating from Greece with a comprehensive relocation package. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot, and guide users through our products to ensure satisfaction.

The role offers 1,045 EUR gross per month across 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 15% and fully paid training from day one. Relocation support covers travel, hotel, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CRM and digital tools preferred.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one
Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
