The Career Nest is hiring for a fully remote customer support role focused on Italian-speaking customers in Greece. You will work 5 days a week, 8 hours daily with rotating shifts, while relocating with full support.

You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, use CRM tools, and maintain high customer satisfaction as you grow an international career from anywhere in Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian to C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2+ or higher for training and internal comms.
• Experience using CRM systems for customer support.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
