Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists to join an international customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email and chat and ensuring high-quality service.

You will resolve issues related to banking transactions, fraud, disputes and chargebacks, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian language required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer cases from start to finish, including complex requests.
• Support banking transactions, fraud-related cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair outcomes.
• Identify vulnerable customers and adapt approach as needed.
• Follow procedures while using good judgment in complex situations.
• Share knowledge with colleagues to improve processes.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.
