Job summary

Joybuy Italy is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to own the localized execution of the brand's Italian accounts. You will translate the Marketing Center framework into engaging content and manage day-to-day posting, copywriting, asset briefing, and community management for Joybuy's Italian audience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams on strategy, campaigns, and performance insights, using GA4 data to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions while staying true to Joybuy's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Native-level Italian with excellent Italian copywriting and content ideation skills; English as a working language.

Responsibilities

• Localize and execute Joybuy Italy's social strategy and content calendar.
• Independently manage Joybuy Italy's official social accounts, including planning, copy, assets, scheduling, publishing, and community management.
• Plan topics and interactive campaigns leveraging Italian cultural moments.
• Identify and brief local KOLs/KOCs, review content, track performance, and amplify user-generated content (UGC).
• Monitor metrics and collaborate with cross-team to align with commercial goals.
