BizAway is seeking an experienced SDR Team Leader for the Italian market to coach and scale outbound operations. You will lead a team of Italian-speaking SDRs, design targeted multi-channel campaigns, and monitor KPIs to consistently achieve quotas.

You will collaborate with Sales Executives and the Global SDR Manager, maintaining a hands-on leadership style while refining scripts and objection handling. The role is hybrid in Europe with a competitive salary and equity opportunities.

Competenze

• Native level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
• 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience is highly preferred.
• Data-driven approach to strategy and campaigns to optimize the Italian market.
• Proactive in raising the bar for self and team growth.
• Strategic thinker who designs outbound campaigns and solves problems with data.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of Italian-speaking SDRs, with weekly 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Design and implement outbound strategies and multi-channel campaigns for Italy.
• Monitor team KPIs and activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to hit quotas.
• Lead ramp-up and ongoing training of new hires; refine sales scripts and responses.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and Global SDR Manager to improve lead quality.
• Demonstrate best practices in prospecting and qualifying senior decision-makers (e.g., CFOs, HR Directors).
