Job summary

Teltonika is seeking a Sales Account in Rome to strengthen our ambitious sales team. You will drive B2B sales for networking solutions, build long-term client relationships, and participate in exhibitions to promote Teltonika Networks.

You will work with a dynamic team, receive internal training, and have opportunities to grow professionally in a high-growth environment, with flexible hours and smart working after probation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven excellence in a Sales Specialist/Sales Executive/Sales Representative or relevant sales role with B2B selling experience.
• Native or highly fluent Italian; good English (spoken and written).
• Ambition to grow Teltonika's presence in the Italian market with innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and growth opportunities.
• Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through daily contact, presentations, and visits.
• Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve sales goals.
• Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Networks.
• Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements.
• Build and maintain a CRM database.
