Job summary

Ares Management Corporation in Milan, Italy, seeks an Analyst – Asset Management (Logistics) to support the Asset & Investment Management team in underwriting, monitoring, and executing business plans across a diversified Italian logistics portfolio.

You will work closely with senior asset managers, finance and external operators to ensure high-quality analysis, reporting and disciplined execution throughout the asset lifecycle, from acquisitions to value creation and exits.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in asset management, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
• Experience working across jurisdictions and with third-party operators.
• Proficient in financial modelling using Excel; familiarity with Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and execute asset management opportunities and value creation initiatives.
• Support acquisitions, financing and management of investments, joint ventures and co-investment vehicles.
• Prepare investment memoranda, underwriting models and presentations for senior management and Investment Committee.
