CBTALENTS is hiring an Italian Customer Service Representative to support Italian-speaking clients for a medical device company. The role is based in Lisbon with a Portuguese contract and on-site work.

You will handle inquiries via phone and email, assist with orders, documentation, and shipments, and ensure a superior customer experience. Relocation support includes furnished accommodation and utilities to help you move smoothly.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian language (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Previous customer service experience for Italian-speaking customers preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
