BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers. You will provide professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat and other channels.

The role emphasizes accurate information delivery, efficient handling of questions, and close collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. A relocation-friendly, onsite office environment awaits the right candidate.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in travel field

Requirements:
