You will engage customers via phone, email, chat and digital channels, understand needs, deliver effective solutions, record interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain a positive service standard.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive with a desire to grow in the travel field.
