BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat and other digital channels in Bari. You will understand needs, provide accurate information, and guide users through orders, accounts, products and services, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to resolution.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
